​Take this chance to know and understand your own mental health status better through the activity of crayon painting. Besides taking some time off your busy schedules, come learn some basic psychology knowledge as some formal elements of art products are regularly used in art therapy observations to obtain insights into individuals’ mental health.

Stephanie is a versatile multimedia artist and a registered credentialed art psychotherapist with ANZACATA. Thou Stephanie is a young therapist, but her valuable clinical placement experiences have heavily influenced and inspired her belief in doing advocacy work for the vulnerable community and this emerging field of art psychotherapy.
