Relax yourself with amazing yoga

Meditation and mindfulness are fantastic ways to improve our mental health, but to begin meditating is hard without professional guidance. In this programme, we have invited a Yoga coach to teach and guide you to understand and learn meditation directly!

This Yoga session can help you to develop a stronger relationship with yourself by equipping you with mindfulness skills and helping you to learn constructive ways to destress and relax!

Please be reminded that participants are to bring their own yoga mats for this event.
