Mental Health Check-In
Date of Event: 6 - 10 February 2023
Time of Event: 9am - 6pm
When was the last time you checked in with yourself? Checking in with your mind is as important as checking in with your body! Join us at Mental Health Check-in, where you get access to mental health professionals who will have a chit chat with you to learn more about how you are doing. If there is a need for it, you will be directed to the help you need after the session.

The location of the check-in will be given to you after your sign-up.

Please take note that the Mental Health Check-in is for students aged 25 and below!
Our Partners
ResiL!ence @ SHINE
SHINE serves vulnerable children, youth and their families with aims to enable them to maximise their potential. We build young lives, enhance their resilience and SHINE the light of hope for their future. ResiL!ence, our youth mental health service, works with youths aged 12-25 years who are at risk of or with mental health conditions and their caregivers.
Lakeside Family Services
CREST-Youth Lakeside Family Services@West increases the awareness of mental health issues and promotes early identification among youths. We involve parents and peers in the recovery journeys of youths battling with mental health issues and link them to appropriate support networks. Our team seeks to build Self-confidence, Optimism, Accountability and Resilience so that each youth can learn to SOAR above their circumstances.
University Wellbeing Office (UWO)
UWO serves as the central coordinator to augment the university-wide care and support ecosystem in the spirit of “OneNTU Thriving Together”, with emphasis on preventive self-care and positive mental health for all OneNTU members, and in tandem with national efforts.
